1. Locate and stop the water source if possible. For instance, if you have a burst or broken pipe, broken toilet, etc. find the closest water shut off valve or even your main water shut off valve. Ben responded quickly to my inquiry and request for estimate. He scheduled and kept me informed on work schedule. They removed belly insulation, patch leaks in foundation, insulated foundation walls, water proofed entire crawlspace, vented dryer to exterior wall, installed a waterproof exterior foundation access, and installed pump to remove AC condensate.
